What Specifics Does My File Need?
For optimum printing, we recommend files should be at least 300DPI. Images are best uploaded directly from a computer rather than a phone as phone often lower the quality. The best file type is a TIFF file but we do accept all image files.
Which Colour Type Does My File Need To Be?
Our printer prints both CMYK and RGB images, so need to change the colours prior to printing.
Where Can I Buy A Design?
There are a whole variety of designers out there to choose from. We at M2M have a few favourites and they can be found here
Can I Print Fabric With My Favourite Characters On Them?
No. You can't. We feel very strongly about supporting designers of any size whether it be a small business or a giant like Disney. We will NOT print anything that breaches copyright and an order will be cancelled and may not be refunded if we find it does.
Do You Re-Use My Designs?
No. All designs that belong to you are for you only. We will not reprint them for anyone else and, should we ever have any surplus or misprinted fabric with your design on it, it will always be forwarded on to you or destroyed.
Can You Change The Size Of My Design For Me?
Absolutely. We can do this at no extra cost. Simply use the scale box to tell us what size you would like your design to be printed at and we will arrange this for you.
Do You Check The Designs Prior To Printing?
Before we send your file to the printers, we check it is of a good enough quality for printing (DPI) We also check the scale and ensure the repeat is seamless. If we notice anything untoward, we will contact you on the email you provided at the time of ordering. We do not check for design flaws such as too small detailing, bleed lines etc. It is down to you to ensure that the image is suitable for printing prior to sending it to us.
Do You Offer Bulk Discount?
Yes. If ordering 10m or more of the same design we offer a 10% bulk discount.
What Is Your Turn Around Time?
We offer our Print Your Own on a 4 - 6 week turnaround time. Please be aware that, whilst we work hard to maintain this turnaround time, there are times when printing may be delayed for various reasons. Especially during the pandemic. We will not tolerate abuse towards our team if orders run late at any time.
Will My Order Come As One Continuous Piece?
We always try where possible to ensure your order is cut in one continuous length. Occasionally a print may come in two pieces due to the printing process. Should this happen on orders under 4m, we will offer you a credit for a free metre in a future order.
My Fabric Has A Flaw, What Should I Do?
Small flaws such as white speckling, small ink marks etc are to be expected due to the nature of printing fabric. Should a flaw be bigger than a 10 pence piece, please contact us and we will do our upmost to rectify it for you.
