Returns Policy


We do not accept returns of custom products.

We are unable to accept a return of an item that has been printed with your own design unless faulty. If this is the case, please contact us PRIOR to returning your items to agree a solution.

If you wish to return a catalogue design print, this must be returned in un unused, unwashed, uncut condition.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your order.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain authorisation to do so. After contacting us, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.


The following items cannot be returned:

Custom printed fabrics 
Washed fabrics
Cut fabrics
